hid kit for my mercedes?
ok i own a 2007 e class mercedes with the halogen lights and wanna upgrade to hid; any suggestions and do i need to start splicing any wires and im looking for as close as possible to the stock bi-xenon look i think its the 4300k phillips but i keep seeing 4300k-6000k h7 kits by philips and then some of them say just 4300k philips hid kits;would 5000k be to blueish and if you have any recommendations for me cause everyone i ask say you can get just as good quality hid bulbs that are around 80 bucks off ebay instead of paying 280 or even 600 for others. please lemme know what you recommend for a kit thank you mtec; philips or any other brand

- Depending on the HID kit you buy, if you purchase a H7 hid kit it will be 100% plug and play. The OEM original color is 4300k. Also another thing, do not look for a PHILIPS hid kit as you will buy a replica because philips doesn't even make HID kits, they only make bulbs. If you have the halogen system on your car then the "bulbs" at 80$ on eBay will not do as you do not have ballasts on your car.
The best brand out there (price/quality) that I tested were the ASX HiD kits from http://www.asxhid.com I bought a set 2-3 years ago and it is still working like new. (I am in now way related I am just trying to help you out)
